Berkeley Lab is Contractually Accountable to Ensure that All Our Employees Comply with this Law

The United States Government has adopted a zero-tolerance policy regarding Contractors and Contractor employees that engage in or support trafficking in persons, procurement of commercial sex acts, or use of forced labor. 

During the performance of our contract, we will ensure that our employees do not violate this policy.
