Medical Surveillance Process for Animal Allergies

If you have been assigned one of these course codes it is because you have been identified through Work Planning And Control that you work with animals, or work in an animal care facility which may result in exposure to animal allergens which have the potential to trigger allergic responses or asthmatic symptoms. LBNL provides health screening in relation to animal allergens via a medical surveillance process.  These course codes are used to manage and track worker participation in the Lab’s animal allergy medical surveillance program.

What to do:

If you have questions about how to participate in the health screening, please review the medical surveillance information in your WPC Activity, discuss with your Activity Lead or Division Safety Coordinator, or contact Health Services at x6266.  If you feel that this enrollment is in error, please discuss with your Activity Lead or email [email protected]
