This practical training is only provided to those that have completed EHS0473, are listed on the applicable WPC(s), received OJT from their PI, and who's Escort Form has been fully completed and signed by their PI.
To request a practical evaluation, ensure all prerequisites are met and send a request through the RPG Request Help Desk Portal listing your WPC number(s), the evaluation being requested (i.e. EHS0478), your availability, along with a signed copy of the Escort Form.
