Non-Ionizing Radiation

The following forms outline the recommended contents for OJT for three different non-ionizing radiation hazards.

OJT Instructors: Review the relevant OJT form(s) to make sure your OJT sessions cover the recommended topics.

Activity Leads: Attach the relevant form(s) to each WPC activity that poses the NIR hazard. You can use the Managing OJT tab in Activity Manager to record who has completed the OJT. This short instructional video shows how: How to Use the OJT Tool in Activity Manager.
