This is a one-page (front only) field guide for supervisors who assign people to be OJT instructors. It provides tips on how to choose a qualified instructor, resources to provide to the new instructor, and recommendations for periodic observations.

This is a one-page (front and back) field guide for OJT instructors. It provides tips on establishing the content, structure, and techniques used to deliver high-quality OJT, as well as tips on optimal timing, documenting OJT completions, and managing post-OJT activities.

How to use the OJT Tool in Activity Manager (Video)
This short video shows you how you can use a tool that is built into WPC/Activity Manager to record OJT completions. It's aimed at OJT Instructors who are looking for a convenient way to record who has completed their OJT sessions.

Multi-Division OJT Self-Assessment Report August 2024 (PDF)
This is the final, signed report of the 2023-2024 Multi-Division OJT Self-Assessment. 82 trainees and 48 trainers were surveyed, and this report documents what was learned.
